manager in the game, all you need to do is follow these simple rules. That’s right, my five step program
will have you taking control of the reigns of your company in no time. You heard it right! 5 simple steps!
Now don’t get me wrong, this is a tough program. We are going to test you mentally, physically, and
emotionally, but if you can stick with me, I can guarantee you will be the best Human Resource Manager
possible, or your money back!

Alright listen up! These following five steps will help you succeed in your future and help you manage
your employees! All it really boils down to is LEADERSHIP!

1. Step one: Communication! Make sure you open up your ears and less of your mouth when
dealing with employees! Listen and do no interrupt employees when they come in to see you,
and be sure to communicate with them that they have your full and undivided attention.
2. Step Two: Approachability! Now I know I can come off kind of tough, but I do my best to let
everyone know they are welcome! Successful HR Managers create an inviting, comfortable
atmosphere that encourages employees to feel safe!
3. Step three: Motivation: To be a great manager, you must motivate your employees! Every
employee has different goals and objectives to achieve, and successful HR Managers are fully
committed to motivating them!
4. Step four: Organization! Proper HR management requires an orderly approach. The ability to
organize files, manage your own and others’ time well, and maintain a high level of personal
efficiency are necessary skills for successful HR Managers!
5. And Finally, step Five: Ethics: HR Managers must be able to keep secrets and handle sensitive
information appropriately, only divulging it to authorized people while keeping the employee’s
best interest in mind. Don’t lose your employees trust because you just want to gossip! That’s a
big no!

Should you follow these steps, you will be on your way to becoming a great HR Manager! Now these are
not limited to the only steps, but you will learn as you go on how to individually manage each employee
successfully! Now get back in that office and show them you deserve and demand respect!
