AGREEMENT OF WORK TERMS

I hereby state that Cloud Content Company and I, a freelancer have agreed on the following terms of
article writing services:

1. I will receive article instructions from the stated company which should be submitted back in two
hours having been fully completed as agreed.

2. The articles I will work on per day range from 5-8 for seven days in a week.

3. The timings to work on the articles will be from 4pm to 6am in my time except Fridays and Saturdays
where I will work from 8am. The timings however will continue to be adjusted as the job gains
momentum.

4. Each article will attract a payment of $10 after the approval of the company agent for a start.

5. The payment for the work is to be disbursed into my PayPal account by the company after every 7
days.

6. The project is not a one-time gig and hence, with both parties meeting their end of the deals, the
project and all the stated agreements shall proceed.

7. I fully understand that this project is based on mutual trust. However I have every right to raise
concerns if I note that my trust is being violated.

8. I have copyright measures for the articles I submit to the company that do not receive a reflection of
payments after the agreed duration of the disbursement of the dues.

9. The articles I submit to the company remain confidential and will by no means be submitted
elsewhere for a different or the same purpose.
