THW ban software that allows parent to spy on their children
Opposition

Thank you. We as the opposition would like to deliver our points for the
Government to consider. Based on the motion that has been delivered to us, we
are against this motion for the reason. We believe that the idea of ‘spying’ on
children are done in good measure. The key word for the government to
consider is ‘censorship’. The way it’s done is by placing a security measure on
children, namely these ‘software’ as tools for parents to search and filter the
children’s activity in the world wide web. The emergence of social medias and
availability of handheld devices to access them put parents in a very tough spot.
