The One Voice SIP Trunk project is an internal web platform to manage range of
phone numbers and their possibilities of call diverting.
Platform Date
The solution is being used by thousands of attendants, and impacts thousands of
Web Early 2017 companies all across Europe.

Personas

Personas were created for a big scenarios of use. They were essential to synthetize
the user research findings, and provide an easy way to share the vision to everyone
on the team.

Besides that, we considered the personas disabilities too, so the Project started with
accesibility in mind from the beggining.

The main obstacle that the team found was the inumerous possibilities of unhappy
Flow path and how to treat it was very challenging.

The user flow helped to see the entire navigation scenarios and the error possibilities.

Low fidelity prototype

Low fidelity wireframes were done just to start a new concept and test it. So it was
possible to validate the main idea of the SIP Trunk Project.

Usability Test

For me, one of the most important phase is the evaluation, this is how we can learn
from the user what is the pain and strength points of the system. When those points
are indentified we can start to prioritize it them work on high fidelity prototypes.

High fidelity interactive prototype

It was possible to build high fidelity prototypes with all interactions in axure, it’s cover
all unhappy path and the development team was able to visualize how the system
must work.

Visual: Styleguide

And finally I was the responsible for the styleguide, to ensure the system follows rules,
size and alignments. Even though the high fidelity prototype is not always faithful, with
styleguide we have been able to guarantee this standardization.

Styleguide elements: grid, typography, icons, colours, components and basic


interactions.
Acoustic Data Viewer

Platform Date The Acoustic Data Viewer 2 project was one of the three acoustic data viewer that I
was responsible for. I worked in every design and specification step.
Web 2013
Each software version is being used by one acoustic engineer and it enabled them to
analyse a big amount of data in less time.

The engineer was able to choose to see a single and detailed view of the acoustic test
result or a side by side mode to compare results.

The colors was used to easely indentify in what frequency and position the spearker of
the phone failed or succeed. The user was able to click on the right circle and the
system highlight on the 3D model the respective sphere. The 3D model was made
interactive in Unity.

The multiple view works like the single view and let the user compare test results,
facilitating the engineer life and decrease the 4 days work to 4 hours to compare and
generate reports.

In 2015, unemployment was the biggest problem in Brazil. 13.8 millions citizens did

Benchmark was an essential step of the Project, with this phase we are able to
identify which opportunities the martket is already offering, the quality of the Jobs and
new ideas like the gamefication and level per job as a life game.

User Journey: Identifying pain This tool allowed us to see a macro view of all user’s journey path. We had this step
points on the looking for job with Andressa (now she is a member of the Project) a great person that is current
process looking for a job in her area and she helped us to see the big picture.

We had a lot of fun when putting the service in the place of other brands “If GoodJob
was as Pokemon Go, how would it behave? If GoodJob was as uber how would the
person accept the most near job? If the employer and employee are both
cryptocurrency investors how would be the payment?”.

Brainstorming & Analysis


As we had so many ideas, we had to choose some of then to start the Project. This
analysis helped us to understand what will be the development cost and the user
needs. We have the chance to choose features that motivate the team to creat, for
example, the conversational interface feature is something new to all members and,
as a challenge, everybody wants to invest time on it.

Low fidelity prototype was drawn so the team can start to design the database, visual
and interaction accordingly.

Sketch library was defined to facilitate the high fidelity prototype. All components is
thinking on different mobile scability and responsiveness.

Mobile prototype

As the sketch library was ready to be used, it was easy to build the first screens of
Good Job application. Those are medium fidelity prototype, it can be used now to
test the idea and the screens with real public.
