My Solution:
Let .Let denote midpoints of and .

Note that is the unique spiral centre that carries to and to .Thus it also
carries to and to .Thus by spiral similarity
lemma and .Thus are concyclic .It is
easy to see that are concyclic with as diametre.
Thus all lie on a circle with as diametre. Thus

( are colliner due to radical axis theorem)

Here is my solution (Using spiral similarity, no calculation)
Because is a complete quadrilateral, therefore, is
the Miquel point wrt . Therefore,
, and are the sets of concyclic points.
Hence, . Therefore, we just need to prove
that . Indeed, it is easy to notice that , further,
these triangles have the same direction, hence, through the spiral similarity with
center , denote this , , therefore,
, , , which implies

that , . Now, by Thales theorem, we

notice that: , . From , we

obtain, , combine
with , which
implies to the result of the problem.
Our proof is completed

Let and meet at ; clearly collinear. Let meet at ; we aim

to show is tangent. Call .
Let the line through parallel to meet at . Note
that through a spiral similarity at
. Since , this spiral similarity takes to
. Projecting onto gives hence is
tangent to , and done.

Sorry I don't have a picture. It's a nice diagram to draw, though, since you don't need
to do any circumcircles and unless you make it almost isosceles, all the points stand
out pretty well.

By the Law of Sines a whole

bunch,
. Since and similarly
, we cancel to get
. Obviously, so .

Then
an
d . Subtracting these two
equations, so
. Therefore, , so a spiral similarity centered
at takes to and to . Therefore, it takes the midpoint of to the midpoint
of , or to . So and is cyclic.

Suppose that be the circumcenter of . We know
that so is an isosceles trapezoid.
Let and . We know that is midpoint
of and so is midpoint of and is a parallelogram.
Now we
have

Suppose that be the midpoint of , and be the

reflection of wrt . We know
that so bisects or and are
collinear. Now we have so and lies
on . We have so lie on a circle and
similarly lie on a circle and finaly lie on a circle.
So and we are done.

This is problem is difficult, not because it's lacking swift solutions but because it's so
easy to go pursuing some typical ideas who do provide you with ways to solve it but I
think, more complicated ones. Here is my proof

1) Name and the circumcenter of and of the other triangle. Let be the
point where intersects again the circumcircle of . First thing to notice is that
if is to be perpendicular to then it will intersect it precisely at .This is
because passes through and hence, if it's going to cut perpendicularly it
must do it in a point who belongs to the big circle, ergo .
1a) Notice that line cuts perpendicularly at the midpoint. Hence it is parallel
to line . It suffices to prove therefore that is in line because then is in
line and they are all together beautifully.

2) With all this in mind the problem is actually half done.

Triangles and are similar
for and . Hence

3)
4) hence, using 3, triangles and are similar

hence
5) With 3 and 4 actually bisects and we're set because if is the point
where it touches again the small circle the and are diametrically opposite and
hence is right which means is in line .

Define a point s.t. a quadrilateral be a parallelogram.

Then and be a parallelogram, too.

Lines and meet on the circumcircle of triangle at .

is cyclic.
.
Therefore, we get following amazing result :
.
We can easily prove that and are similar by this result
