This scope item describes employee requisitioning activities. An employee creates a shopping cart for free text material. A purchase requisition is generated and converted to a purchase order. If
the value exceeds certain criteria, the purchase order must be approved. When the employee receives the goods, he performs a goods receipt confirmation. Invoice receiving can be performed
then.
This document provides a detailed procedure for testing this scope item after solution activation, reflecting the predefined scope of the solution. Each process step, report, or item is covered in
its own section, providing the system interactions (test steps) in a table view. Steps that are not in scope of the process but are needed for testing are marked accordingly. Project-specific steps
must be added.
This section summarizes all prerequisites to conducting the test in terms of systems, users, master data, organizational data, other test data and business conditions.
System Details
System Accessible via SAP Fiori launchpad. Your system administrator provides you with the URL to access the various apps assigned to your role.

In this procedure, you configure your release conditions for Purchase Requisition Approval.
SAP Note 2485779 - Configure Workflow using SAP Fiori in S/4HANA, which provides information on steps to use the workflow framework in purchase requisition. Any question regarding this

Note Please raise BCP Incident to component CA-HR-S4 if you want to test shop on behalf scenario. The ticket should include: creating a new generic user Employee _Procure_R which assigned
the role of SAP_BR_MANAGER_PROCUREMENT and also has assigned generic user - MANAGER_PROCUREMENT. This is only for internal testing.
2 Access to Create Purchase Open Create Purchase Requisition. The Create Purchase Requisition

3 Create Purchase item Choose Create Own Item , if you want to create a free description item.
4 Enter General Data In the General Data section, make the following entries:

5 Assign Source of Supply On the Source of Supply section, choose Add. The supplier is assigned.
In the Add a supplier dialog box:
Supplier : for example, 17300002 , and then choose Add.
6 Add to Shopping Cart Choose Add to Cart at the right bottom of the screen. The Purchase Requisition Overview
screen displays.
7 Edit Purchase Requisition Choose Purchase Requisition Overview at the top right of the screen to view the cart, and
Item then choose View Cart.
On the My Purchase Requisition screen, enter Requestor: Employee _Procure_R

an available webservice:
1. Logon to SAP Fiori launchpad as a Configuration Expert .
2. Configure the catalog using the app Settings for Web Services by choosing Create Object.
3. After configuring webservices, assign them to the user, for example: Employee_Procurement.

In this procedure, you release a purchase requisition. If the total amount of PR is more than 500 USD and order type is NBS, then it should be approved. PR release amount is configured in USD in

To run through this, the relevant Purchasing Documents would be listed .On Selection of Purchasing Document/Documents the Reassign Purchasing Group Button shall get enabled . Thereafter,
