Read the following instructions carefully :


1 Welcome to Self Evaluation using file upload (.ods format) feature !
2 Save the downloaded file in .ods format only and upload it in the same format.

Fill in the evaluation comments (Column 'G' in Goal Sheet, 'D' in Attribute Sheet) and rating details (Column 'H'

Sheet, 'E' in Attribute Sheet) in the adjacent Goal Sheet and Attribute Sheet.

4 Character range for comments : Minimum 25 characters to Maximum 1500.

5 You should fill comments and rating for all the goals/ attributes before you upload.
6 Review the rating and evaluation comments thoroughly before you upload this spreadsheet on SPEED.
7 'Validate Goals' and 'Validate Attributes' Buttons would be enabled only if Macro is enabled on the M/C.
