Step #1- Reply to this email with below mentioned mandatory documents-
 
• Maturity Discharge Form (attached with the email)
• Policy Schedule
• Self attested copy of your PAN Card to minimize TDS
• Self attested KYC document (Passport/Driving License etc.,)
• Copy of Aadhaar required(refer last para)
• Copy of cancelled cheque /Bank statement with 6 months transaction.
 
 Receive credit to your bank account within 5 working days from 07/05/2018.

The Government of India through a notification issued in June 2017, has made it mandatory for customers to
update their Aadhaar & PAN number for all financial accounts including insurance policies. In accordance with
the same, we request you to kindly update the Aadhaar & PAN number with RNLIC in order to ensure
uninterrupted transactions including any further benefit payout in your policy. 

To help us comply with the above GoI directive, we request you to update your Aadhaar & PAN details at the
earliest. Follow the link http://bit.ly/2ExrJ7K to verify and update your Aadhaar & PAN number instantly. Please
ensure that you have your mobile handy (with the number updated in your Aadhaar Card) to update your Aadhaar
& PAN number online. Kindly also note that by submitting these details with RNLIC, you are authorizing RNLIC to
authenticate Aadhaar number with UIDAI & PAN with NSDL
