Item Description
Speed-dial numbers (speed-dial buttons), including the Busy
Lamp Field (BLF) speed-dial feature
Web-based services (for example, a Personal Address Book
button)
Call features (for example, a Privacy, Hold, or Transfer
button)
Buttons illuminate to indicate status:
Green, steady: Active call or two-way intercom call
Green, flashing: Held call
Amber, steady: Privacy in use, one-way intercom
call, Do Not Disturb (DND) active, or logged into Hunt
Group
Amber, flashing: Incoming call or reverting call
Red, steady: Remote line in use (shared line, BLF
status or active Mobile Connect call)
2 Footstand button Enables you to adjust the angle of the phone base.

Item Description
volume (off-hook) and the ringer volume (on-hook).
10 Speaker button Selects the speakerphone as the default audio path
and initiates a new call, picks up an incoming call, or
ends a call. During a call, the button is lit green.
The speakerphone audio path does not change until
you select a new default audiopath (for example, by
picking up the handset).
If external speakers are connected, the Speakerphone
button uses these speakers as the default audio path.

and Select button Enables you to scroll through menus and highlight
items. Use the Select button to select an item that is
highlighted on the screen.
(center) Navigation button: Scroll up and down to see menus
and highlight items and right and left across
multicolumn displays.
Select button: Scroll to highlight a line by using the
Navigation button and then press to open a menu,
play a ringer item, or access other features, as
described on the screen.

Navigation button Enables you to scroll through menus and highlight
items. When the phone is on-hook, displays phone
numbers from your Placed Calls log.

Item Description
Step1: Lift the handset, you will hear a recorded message says “to self-provision this device enter
the Self-provisioning number followed by the bound key (#).
Step2: Enter your extension starting with 86734XXX and press #.
Step3: your phone will restart and come back with full configurations (Actual Extension, Display
Name and Privileges)
3) Phone Screen
1 Primary phone line Displays the phone number (directory number) for
your primary phone line. When several feature tabs
are open, the phone number and the time and date
display alternately in this area.
2 Programmable Serve as phone line buttons, intercom line buttons,
buttons speed-dial buttons, phone service buttons or phone
feature buttons. Icons and labels indicate how these
buttons are configured. See Line and Call Icons.
3 Softkey labels Displays a softkey function for the corresponding
softkey button.
4 Status line Displays audio mode icons, status information, and
prompts.
5 Call activity area Displays current calls per line, including caller ID,
call duration, and call state for the highlighted line

4) Basic operations
Make a Call: pick up the handset and enter the number you want to reach.
Make a Call with a Headset: Plug in a headset, Enter a number using the keypad and
Press Headset
Make a Call with the Speakerphone: Enter a number using the keypad then Press
Speakerphone
Answer a Call: Lift the handset. If you are using the speakerphone, press the Answer soft
key or the Speaker button.
Put a Call on Hold: Press Hold , to resume press hold again
View Your Recent Calls: Press Applications , Select Regents then select a line to
view
Transfer a Call to Another Person: during active call, press Transfer . Enter the
other person’s phone number. Press Transfer again.
Mute Your Audio: Press Mute , Press Mute again to turn mute off.
Listen to Your Voice Messages: Press Messages and follow the voice prompts. To
check messages for a specific line, press the line button first.
Forward All Calls: Select a line and press forward all. Dial the number that you want to
forward to, to receive calls again, press forward off.

To end the conference and remain connected to the most recent call, press the Conf soft
key. The older call is placed on hold.
Procedure
Step 1: Press Contacts
Step 2: Select Corporate Directory.
Step 3: Select search criteria.
Step 4: Enter your search criteria and press Submit.
Step 5: Select the contact.
Step 6: Press Call
Procedure
Step1: lift the handset or click new call
Step2: Dial the Extension you need directly starting with 4XXX
This remains the same with no changes users will continue to use the same dialing patterns for
Petrojet offices.

Example: if you need to dial a mobile number 01XXXXXXXXX, you have to dial
901XXXXXXXXX, the same concept applies when you dial local, national or international
number.
Where the subscriber number consists of the prefix 2673 + the four digit internal Extension
starting with 4
For Example: if you want to reach the extension 4101 from outside, you have to dial 02
26734101.
10.2) Externally
To reach the operator from outside (through PSTN), either dial 02 26734000 or 02 26734001
