1. Copy of Syllabus
2. Copy of Time Table
3. Copy of University Scheme (Stating Marks of Internal/MSTs/ Assignments/ Attendance, etc.)
4. List of Books Recommended.
5. Session/Lesson Plan (Format Attached: C-1):- Preferably containing 45 Lectures in a Sem.
6. List of Assignments ( Different Assignments should be given to different groups of students)
7. MSTs preparation & its solution.
8. Practical’s Plan (Performa Attached: C-2), Lab manuals should be prepared & attached.
9. Notes (Lesson Plan Wise) Hard Copy & Soft Copy.
10. Conduction of Talent Hunt activity to know the student’s hobbies etc. ( Dance, Instrument, Sports)
& proper record keeping of the Talent of the students(Performa Attached:C-3)
11. Case Studies for MBA (with all details)
12. Old Final Exam Papers for practice.
13. Any other extracurricular activities.
14. Group Discussion/Presentations in class/Debates/ Quiz etc.
15. Planning for Training/practical exposure to the students.
16. It is strongly recommended to prepare lecture from more than one book, also to follow prescribed
books in University syllabus & to cover its practical implications.
17. Updated list of students with their College Roll No. & other details.
18. Before starting of the semester, Course File should be got checked & approved form the
HOD/Principal.
19. In the end of the semester, course file complete in all respects, should be submitted to the HOD.
20. Don’t try taking any leave in the Academic Period.
21. Always follow dress code & wear I-Card (its mandatory).
22. Update all records (including) course files content on ERP.
23. You should possess your own Laptop/Tablet so as to make soft copies/ uploading/making PPTs etc.

24. Follow students Hand Book System.
25. Paste a copy of Time Table & Lesson Plan of each subject in the Class Room Notice Board.
26. Conduct class tests (min 2-3) in a semester.

Important Instructions:

1. MSTs and Assignments should be marked /assessed in 48 Hrs. and a copy of the marks sheet
should be deposited with HOD
2. You can introduce three to four case studies/presentations on different intervals.
3. After completion of syllabus you should immediately calculate :
a) Attendance of the student
b) Completion of marks of attendance/MSTs and assignments, so as to make actual internal of
the students.

NOTE:-

 Lab Manuals should be prepared in the beginning of the course.


 After actual performance of practical, proper recording of practical should be made in
practical files & properly evaluate it.
 A Register in every Lab should be maintained to record the entry of the students.
 Preferably practical should be done along with the lecture of the topic.
 Update stock register after doing practical (enter consumed products).
 Display list of practical plan on the notice board of concerned lab.
 Whenever you have a chance to watch any demo of any experiment/equipment, record it, so
as to use it in future endeavor.

charge of that activity like Sports, Cultural, Technical, Music, etc. etc.
