2010 Poinsettia Fundraiser

Seasons Greetings! The Nest is conducting its 12th annual poinsettia sale.

The Nest of Johnson County is a non-profit program working to reduce the incidence of birth-defects, low birth
weight and infant deaths by promoting education and early consistent prenatal care. Annually, approximately 100
Nest participants are enrolled in an education/incentive based prenatal program. Proceeds from this sale will
enable the Nest to continue these vital services in Johnson County.

We would like to give you the opportunity to pre-order poinsettias for your work place, home, or church.
We will be offering delivery on the week of November 29th for orders of 7 plants or more. A portion of your
payment will be considered a charitable contribution. Orders must be received by Monday, Nov. 15.

You may pay for your order by cash, credit card or, personal check. Make checks payable to: The Nest of
Johnson County. Please complete and return the following form, along with your payment in full, to: Bonnie
