HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT:

The human resource is the life blood in an organization. Normally human resources department
is an effective physical asset and human assets in an organization. .This department arrange for
the meetings to maintain good relationship among the workers and management. This
department controls all the functions of the organization. It takes of the disciplinary action to
maintain disciplines among the workers.

OBJECTIVES:

 Maintain discipline among employees.

 Maintain good relationship with employees.

FUNCTIONS OF THE HR DEPARTMENT OF TANCEM:

 Take action for the protection of the workers.

 Decides the workers annual leave, promotion, transfers, bonus, and increments etc.
