1. Teacher shows the “along” and word cards.
Set Induction 2. Teacher asks pupils to read the word cards.
(5 minutes) 3. Teacher asks pupils to be quiet.
4. Teacher ask pupils to read the “along” again.
5. Teacher plays popular songs with the word “along”.
6. As the popular song plays, teacher flashes cards that
correspond to the song and the word “along”.
7. The activity is repeated with “against”.

Presentation 1. Teacher explains the use of preposition of place with


(15 minutes) grammatical terms.
2. Teacher gives example for the explanation.
3. Teacher shows the use of the prepositions with a puppet.

Practice 1. Teacher asks pupils to take out their textbook.


(20 minutes) 2. Pupils turn to page 101.
3. Teacher asks pupils to answer the questions.
4. Teacher explains the correct answers by using the
puppet.

Production 1. Teacher distributes a worksheet regarding the lesson.


(15 minutes) 2. Teacher allocates time for the pupils to complete the
worksheet.
3. Teacher discusses the correct answers with the pupil.
