Editor’s Note

I was on my morning routine last day, listening to local news on the radio, sipping
a cup of brewed coffee and preparing myself to work when one of the Sarang-ini writers
called and asked me about the meaning of the acronym, MSC. I answered back and
said, Most Significant Change. The question has a nostalgic effect on me that it
reminded me of how far I had come in the past three months.

Far from the personnel I was before who’s solely confined in doing paper works, I
now see myself as an instructional leader who walks the talk. With series of seminar
conducted here and there, I observed that I had become someone who spend less
private moments with myself. Perhaps, my sense accountability and responsibility for
education practically drove me to become more socially active these past months.

From Pag-Asa IS successful Brigagda Eskwela implementation, to Datal Basak

IP School’s Reading at Night Program, this month’s Sarang-ini edition will highlight and
journey you to the different “Most Significant Change Stories” the team has gathered
across DepEd Sarangani Division.

I do hope that this Sarang-ini issue will give you valuable trove of experiences
which will lead you to a change that allows you to develop, grow, and finally become
somebody who you were meant to be.
