Award
Awards are determined based on official testing and high school transcript information received by the Office of Admissions at the time of a
student’s application. Core GPAs are recalculated on an unweighted 4.0 scale using the student’s core academic courses (English, math,
science, social science, and foreign language) completed in high school.
Trinity University does not have a preference for ACT or SAT. Trinity superscores, using the highest test scores submitted for admission and
scholarship consideration. For ACT, the highest scores for each subtest will be combined to generate the highest composite score; for SAT,
the best Evidence-Based Reading & Writing and Math subscores will be used to calculate a maximum single score.
All Tower Scholars Day participants who enroll at Trinity will receive an additional $1,000 one-time award (excluding those who receive a full-
tuition scholarship). Regular Decision applicants will not be eligible to attend TTSD or compete for a full-tuition scholarship.

SPECIALIZED MERIT SCHOLARSHIPS & GRANTS
The Semmes Distinguished Scholars in Science Award is a full-tuition scholarship open, by application and interview, to students
interested in majoring in the sciences. In order to be considered for this award, students must apply for admission to the University by our
January 1 Early Action II deadline and submit the Semmes Distinguished Scholars in Science Application online by January 1. Visit new.

The Storer & Tillman Scholarship for Developing Christian Leaders is open to students, by application, who demonstrate financial need and

If you demonstrate exceptional talent in art, music, theatre, or debate, we encourage you to apply for Art/Debate/Music/Theatre
Scholarships ranging from $2,000-10,000.
If you are a National Merit Finalist who lists Trinity as your first-choice school by May 1, 2017, you will be considered for an additional Trinity
National Merit Scholarship of $2,000.
