Details of Issues Chairperson, Muhammad Shukri gives briefing to each member
in the team about job scope and position available. Person in
charge for President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer has
been selected prior the meeting.

 2. Discussion on planned events for Semester July 2018
Details of Issues Chairperson, Muhammad Shukri brief to the committee
regarding future planned events for UniKL MICET IChemE-SC.

1. Malaysian Plastics Manufacturers Association (MPMA)

- 1st & 2nd August 2018
- Involvement of 300 students from primary and secondary
school.
- IChemE committee will act as volunteers in the event to
provide great hospitality to the students and main
committee of the event.

2. Introduction to Aspen HYSYS Workshop

- Lead by Dr Aliff Radzuan
- 2-days workshop and there are two different sessions
(11th & 12th August and 18th August & 19th August)
- Venue will be held in Lab 29A
- 30-35 participants per sessions.

3. Seminar on Design Project

- Targeted date is probably on Week 9
- Will be informed by Dr Alif later.

4. Safety Talk
- Probably held in Week 9 or 10

5. Chemical Health Risk Assessment (CHRA)

- Lead by Dr Zulhafiz.
- Targeted to be held on week 14

Other events related to IChemE Malaysia

1. IChemE Award
- Held in Kuala Lumpur ( 15th October 2018)
- Will be informed later.

2. 31st Symposium of Malaysian Chemical Engineering(

SOMCHE)
- The theme is Innovative Thoughts for Chemical
Engineering Practice,
- Held in Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM)
- 5th and 6th December 2018

Decision(s)/Conclusion Agenda for discussions:

1. Use lanyard and similar outfit on the day which is
Orange UniKL T-shirt on 1st and 2nd August 2018. The
volunteers should ensure to show visibility of IChemE-
SC organization in UniKL MICET.
