RE: EMILY VUMILLA EVANS

We refer to the above matter and your letter dated 25th June, 2018 addressed to our client
MR.BEN SHAPAYA and which letter has been placed in our hands with instructions to respond as
hereunder;

Our client foremost takes issue with the assertion that he was involved in a romantic relationship
with the said EMILY VUMILLA EVANS or in any way at all cohabited with her as husband and
wife, full particulars whereof we believe are well within your client’s knowledge.

Flowing from the above, our client further instructs us that he has only come to learn of the
existence of the issue herein, PRINCE SHAPAYA through your letter to him and have no idea on
when the issue was conceived and or born. In the circumstances, we would urge your client to
provide full particulars of the allegations.

Kindly therefore note that our client reiterates his ignorance of the existence of any such
relationship and the fact of the existence of the issue and any misconceived suit against him will
be vigorously defended at your clients own peril as to costs appurtenant thereto.

Our client further instructs us, and without prejudice to the foregoing that any attempts on
mediation of the matter should be on the basis of what has been stated hereinabove.
