Quality Assurance Receiving Analyst

 Monitors all incoming raw and packaging materials for compliance to specification including
review of Certificate of analysis (COA’s) or sampling and testing as required
 Collects data of physical attribute on incoming ingredients including reviewing historical data for
possible trends or shifts in data
 Communicate with Purchasing and Warehouse Supervisor on incoming ingredient delivery
schedule and required testing based on product risk category and specification requirements
 Takes charge in sampling of semi-finished goods for laboratory analysis
 Responsible in retention and shelf-life analysis of baked products

Quality Control In-Line

 Responsible for total quality control of baked product produced


 Perform spot-inspection and monitoring of quality assessment jobs, from preparation of raw
materials to dispatching of baked goods
 Ensure that production process adhere to the standard set on GMP,SSOP and HACCP
requirements and implementation in all areas of operations
 Supervises the pest treatment conducted in the production plant and truck depot audits
 Coordinates with Production Supervisor regarding raw materials to be used in the production and
baked products which do not comply with the standard and non-conforming mixes that may
affect the quality of finished product
