The late great Clyde Hyde was the originator of what is now known as "Ticketslayer" (TS). We encourage
you to purchase the TS docs at ticketslayer.com, as they are in a better format than what is in the zips.
However, the default course explains the whole thrust behind the TS docs which ticketslayer.com does not
offer.
This process can be applied in any case where there is no injured party and has a ninety-five percent (95%)
SUCCESS RATE.
as long as you stick with it all the way and don't mix in
other methods which will ruin a “special appearance” such
as a Bill Of Particulars
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND joining the Lawwork group , because that was Clyde's group - and
there are members there who can help you out with this process as well. It is a lot more
narrowed down than this board, and certain topics are prohibited from being brought up,
so read their rules VERY carefully
4. Create a seperate folder and copy the files referenced in the Default Course (DC) from
any of the "L" zips into those folders
irskgb & secret default are good files to check out in L3, which is the IRS stuff
All of the files referred to in the default course are in the L1,2, & 3 .zip folders
1.Scan the registered mail sticker in the upper right corner of your first letter/notice
6. Appoint a third party mail it, but have them fill out and sign the above affidavit
9.Get a ring binder notebook and plastic sleeves for your papers
10. Put your 2 copies in one sleeve and the 2 originals in another sleeve
11. WITHOUT SEALING THE ENVELOPE; put your sleeves in the envelope, affix
registered stickers/RETURN RECEIPT on the envelope
12.Go to the post office w/your 3rd party mailer to direct the action
13.Have the 3rd party request the clerk to round-date BOTH the copies in the corner
where the scanned reg sticker is AND Originals. The mailing affidavit should be round-
dated on both sides
If they give you a hard time about round-dating, give them this Postal Operations Manual
citation (helps if you print out the original)
Quote:
POM 231.63 Special Materials on Which Cancellations May Be Requested
Photographs, postcards, or other materials having a glossy-coated or hard-calendared
surface, or any material that does not readily accept ink, are submitted for cancellation at
the customer’s risk. The Postal Service is not responsible for smudged cancellations or
offsetting where the impression appears on the preceding item. The following materials
may be canceled as indicated:
a. Plain Cards, Slips of Paper, and Blank Envelopes. Postal employees may not place
postmarks for customers on plain slips of paper, plain cards, or blank envelopes without
unused postage equaling or exceeding the First-Class rate.
14.Put the original with the original mailing affidavit and seal it in the envelope
15.Keep your copies. Staple the receipt and the reg mail receipts and put those and the
copies in your plastic sleeve
For your second notice (notice of fault), include one copy of the copy your original letter
and repeat the above process
For your third notice, include one copy of the copy your original letter one copy of the
copy your 2nd letter and repeat the above process
I had to take up a collection from 10 people to afford it and put it up here for free
Jerry
Thing that's uncanny is that he finished the 11 lesson course about a week or 2 before
checking out

I have read all of the default material out there. It amazes me that nobody realizes that the
(SMJ Challenge) process is already there and that it was setup by attorneys who felt that
the courts were not going to be effective in administering remedy.
It is called "Private binding arbitration".
