I've loved tomatoes since I was a kid. I grew up eating tomato sandwiches (white bread, mayo and a
dash of salt and pepper - YUMMO!!!) and very o en just grabbing one out of the fridge and eating it
like an apple - and grape or cherry tomatoes were as much of a snack as popcorn! Until today,
however, I've never known how good for me they are. I really appreciate all the facts contained in
this article. You don't have to stop eating what you want (thank Goddess - I'm unbearable without
