using Adobe Indesign.

 Conduct JAD (Joint Application Development) sessions with the SME’s, Developers,
User Experience team for the cosmetic enhancements/corrections of the
Portal/Dashboards.

 Working with the UI team to create the sample User Interface screenshots to be
presented to the Business.
 Creation of a best-practices document to communicate general usability/browsing
principles for the Portal/Dashboards.

 To perform detailed and extensive Gap Analysis to check shortcomings of existing

manual reporting system.

 Use of Microsoft Excel for creating Dashboard Mapping, Pivot Tables, Marcos
functions and performing statistical data analysis.

 Extensive use of Visio for use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence
diagrams, BMPL Modeling, data flow diagrams DFD.

 Participation in the creation of processes, user-training, testing, and process

monitoring documentation.

 Developing an excellent understanding of the core functional areas associated

with the business model of the organization.
 Working in sync with the Quality Assurance & Development team to maintain
correctness between business requirements and their actual implementation.

 Performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Load Performance Tests of the
application before every QA/UAT/Production release followed by creating the
UAT/Performance Reports.

 Collection and consolidation of various types of data like Business Reports, XML,
Business objects, Monthly Official Reports, Weekly sector feeds etc. and creating
 formats to be used as content feeds for the central dashboard in collaboration
with the Reference Database Team.

 Use of different types of project tools like HP Quality Center, Test Director,
Rational Clear Quest & Rational Robot , WinRunner, LoadRunner, JIRA, SQL
Developer, Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms Access, PowerPoint, Project Server, Outlook,
Informatica, Business Objects, MS Visio, IBM ClearCase, PVCS (Serena) &
SharePoint etc.

 To keep track of changing requirements and enhancements, also to create tickets

for bugs and anomalies.

 To Help in Plan, entitle and manage the user permissions/access to the QA/UAT
Portals/Dashboard with respect to their location, hierarchy and legacy firms.

 Keep the master BRD Updated.

 Regular interactions with the development team and module lead for explaining
Workflows and knowledge transfer of user expectation and requirement.

 Extensive work on the development of a complex new functionalities inseam with

local and the offshore development teams in India & Belfast UK.

 Creation of technical requirement documents for the developer for detailed

understanding of the required.

 To manage feedback from the initial releases (pilot) and convert the suggestions
accepted by the business to new Changes/Enhancements requirement
documents.

 Creation the FAQ/Expected issues document for the Portal/Dashboard.

 Participation with the content delivery team to reconcile and match the content
feed between QA, UAT and Production versions of the Portal.

 Participation in discussions about the enhancements/changes to setup the

priorities and deadlines appropriately.

 Assist users to resolve problems uncovered through their User Acceptance testing
(UAT).

 Documenting system problems, issues and resolutions for improved operations

from manual tests and feedback.

 Review test cases with QAs and planned for unit then integration testing and
made sure defects were tracked properly.

 Make sure all requirements/specifications/functionalities are covered by test

cases.
 Consolidation of different work-stream status reports into one final overall IT
status reports.
 Working with the ETL team to make sure all the reports published by different
sectors are tagged correctly and present on the Dashboard.

 To managed change control management for new requirement and changes

proposed by users.

 Capture, collect and manage business metadata by creating Business Rules

Spreadsheet (BRS) that included source to target information and all
transformation logic and formatting rules for use by ETL team.

 Review business rules and transformation logic with business and then with the
ETL team.

 Working with data modeler to develop and manage logical and physical data
models that fulfill functional requirements

 Use of SQL Queries to fetch data from the ORACLE database model as required.
