Information Regarding Food Allergies, Sensitivities and Diabetic Students: A physician’s statement is required for specific food substitutions in the case of life-threatening allergies
(this includes milk). It is the parent’s responsibility to review the monthly menu and contact the Director of Nutrition Services with questions regarding specific content of food items
