Resolution No. 06-22, Re: “Revised Guidelines for the
Implementation of an Enhanced Pretrial Proceeding under the
JURIS Project”, as amended, particularly the provisions of IV
Procedure (1) of the said Supreme Court Resolution dated August
29, 2006, let the records of this case be forwarded to the Office of
the Clerk of Court, Regional Trial Court for RE-RAFFLE to
another Sala.

Furnish copies of this Order to the parties and their

respective counsels.
