AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING

I, SHARON T. DANGAN, of legal age, married, Filipino, a resident of

Tabang Road cor. Peneyra Road, Barangay San Pedro, Puerto Princesa
City and with office address at REGIONAL TRIAL COURT, Branch 50,
Palawan, after having been subscribed to an oath, depose and say:

1. That I am the incumbent CLERK III of REGIONAL TRIAL COURT,

BRANCH 50, Palawan, an office under the supervision and control of the
SUPREME COURT OF THE PHILIPPINES;

2. That I have tendered my resignation to the Court on April 6, 2018

and the same is effective after June 30, 2018;

3. That in my capacity as the CLERK III of the RTC Branch 50, Palawan, I
hereby DECLARE and ASSUME full responsibility in the orderly transfer of
duties and other accountabilities to my successor or to the Branch Clerk of
Court on June 30, 2018, and in any event that the same is not possible, at
any reasonable time, whenever the Court so requires;

4. That I likewise DECLARE and ASSUME full and complete

responsibilities for all consequences which may arise in my failure to
transfer/ turn-over all papers, effects, property or equipment directly
connected with my duties as CLERK III;

5. That I execute this Affidavit of Undertaking to ensure the RTC Branch

50 that I will properly turn-over all my duties and accountabilities as its
Clerk III to any representative of the Court or to my successor.
