Bibiana Roxas de Jesus?
Simeon: I have here a love letter written by Bibiana to Andres. As you can see,
her handwriting and signature is identical to that of the will.

Pedro: This is the handwriting and signature of my mother sir.
RTC Lawyer: What made you say that this is indeed the handwriting and
signature of your mother?
Pedro: When my mother was still alive, I sometimes accompany her to the
bank and other government offices. She usually signs several documents during
her transactions and I am sure that the handwriting and signature in the last
will belong to her.

Manuel: That is the handwriting and signature of my mother sir.
RTC Lawyer: How were you able to identify that this is the handwriting and
signature of your mother?
Manuel: I have seen some letters written by mother. I have also seen her
signed some documents at home. I am sure that the handwriting and signature
appearing in this will is hers.
RTC Lawyer: The subject holographic will is written in English, do you think
your mother was the one who wrote this?
Manuel: Yes. My mother can communicate both in English and Tagalog. She
could understand well the English language.

RTC Lawyer 2: Mrs. Luz Henson, how are you related to the deceased Bibiana
Roxas de Jesus?
Luz: She is my older sister ma’am.
RTC Lawyer 2: I will show you a will allegedly executed by Bibiana de Jesus.
Can you identify if this is the handwriting and signature of your sister?
Luz: Yes, that is the handwriting and signature of my sister Bibiana. But that
said will is invalid.
RTC Lawyer 2: So, you are admitting that the will was written and signed by
your sister but you are also claiming that such will is invalid? Why is it so?
Luz: The will was not executed in accordance with the law. The date in the will
is only FEB./61 which is incomplete. It must state the month, day and year of
execution. I believe that my sister did not intend the said Will to be her last Will
and testament at the time of its execution. It could have been executed through
force and intimidation.
