For Harvest Seminar Proposal – By Pst. Okezie Ofoegbu

At Grace Life Center Charismatic Renewal Ministries, our vision is to “see people saved by drawing them to God’s love
and helping them become fully devoted followers of Jesus who love God and love people in response to God’s love for
them.” This vision is in line with the global CRM mission to “prepare men for a great harvest”. In other words, this work
is about preparing hundreds and thousands of people whom God can use to bring about a revival or salvation of multitude
of souls one at a time, as each one is drawn to the love of God by the people who have been prepared. This is in line with
what Paul said to Timothy in 2 Tim 2:2 “…the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses, commit these
to faithful men who will be able to teach others also." This contrasts with what seems to be the common plan today where
the goal seems to bring multitudes to salvation through the act of one prepared, anointed man of God.

Consequently, in response to this understanding from God, I am proposing that we launch a “Prepare For Harvest”
Seminar. The goal of the seminar is to train “faithful men who will be committed to seeing souls saved and helping them
become disciples of Jesus.” It is the people who have been prepared for harvest that will then disciple people one-on-
one, having been equipped to do this ministry.

The proposal for the seminar is as follows:
• Run for three (3) consecutive weekends in the month for 2 hours. We can either run it on Saturday 10am to noon
or after church on Sunday from 12:30 to 2:30 or both. If we did it on both days, it would give more people a
chance to participate as if you miss it on Saturday you can make up on Sunday and vice-versa.
• There would be 3 sessions covering key topics that would help one become the kind of person who is committed
to demonstrating God’s love to people in order to see them saved and then subsequently discipling them.
• Each leader in GLC would be required to complete the seminars. Everyone who completes the seminar is eligible
for leadership in GLC and can act as an altar minister, follow-up personnel etc.

Below are the suggested sessions for the PREPARE FOR HARVEST seminar:

Session / Week 1 - Drawing People to God’s Love (2 hours)
1. Drawing People to God’s Love through Ministry Gifts, especially Prophecy (I Cor. 14:1)


2. Understanding and Sharing the Gospel message - for the unsaved, the unchurched, unsure and the backslidden


3. Establishing A Personal Soul Winning Program – Our lives must be a commitment to seeing souls saved. 


Session / Week 2 - Seeing People Saved (2 hours)
1. Ministering the Baptism of the Holy Spirit to someone - importance of Spirit baptism and how to minister Spirit
baptism to people. 


2. Ministering Healing & Deliverance to people

3. Preparing and delivering an impactful, evangelistic sermon



Session / Week 3 - Helping People Become Fully Devoted Followers of Jesus (2 hours)
1. Successful One-on-One Discipleship


2. Leading a Thriving Small Group 


3. Grace Culture – Living on Earth as in Heaven

The plan will be for Pastor Okezie to launch and run these seminars for the first couple of months after which other leaders
can be delegated to handle some or all of the sessions.
