Highly transparent version of C.I. Pigment Red 264. Offers appr. 10-15%
higher color strength with slightly bluer shade than competitive Pigment
Red 264 grades. Shows additionally significant advantages in color
strength against C.I. Pigment Red 177.
D3B has a special surface treatment tailormade for solvent based
systems which tremendously improves the flow properties and
flocculation stability, especially when compared to the aforementioned
competition products. Major field of application is focused on
combinations with Aluminum flakes, Mica pigments and other special
effect pigments.

Hostaperm Rubine D3B-WD LP 2707

D3B-WD is the version for waterborne base coat systems. It shows

similar coloristical properties to D3B in waterborne systems.

Remark: Due to the fact, that depending on specific waterborne base

coat systems coloristical properties like color strength, hue, and
transparency of pigments can vary significantly, we, therefore, only show
coloristical comparisons of D3B in solventborne systems.
