The Budget of Debt Burden Liberation Certificate (DBLC) for the Government of the Republic of Indonesia in
the amount of Rp.6.150.000.000.000.000,- to the World Bank (WB) of the 6 Prime Banks, are to be paid by
UN Swissindo.

Therefore Payments 1-11 (P1-11), Payment Order letter of M1 Voucher (M1-V) are valid since the signing of the
Declaration of Assets-Funds-Property and DKI Jakarta the Capital City Recovery.
