The Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty (SERP), Department of Rural

Development, Government of Telangana, invites tenders through e-procurement plat farm
from reputed and experienced firms for Printing of Training Module Book, Flash Cards
& Note Book. The interested firms are required to submit technical and financial bid
through Telangana Government e-procurement website i.e. https://tender.telangana.gov.in

TENDER FOR PRINTING OF

TRAINING MODULE BOOK, FLASH CARDS & NOTE BOOK

I. general instructions:
1) All the Tenders shall be prepared and submitted in accordance with these
instructions.

2) The bid and all related correspondence shall be in English only.

3) Tenders will not be accepted after the time and date fixed for the receipt of
tenders as set out in the Tender Notice or subsequent extensions, if any.

4) No tender will be considered which is not as per the prescribed norms and does
not bear the Tenderer's signature and seal at the bottom of the page of the
schedule on which the rates are entered.

5) The Tender shall be submitted together with Earnest Money Deposit Rs.
1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) along with tender fee of Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees
One Thousand only) by means of Online transfer / Demand Draft of drawn in
favour of "The Chief Executive Officer, SERP " payable at Hyderabad. The EMD
(Demand draft) of unsuccessful bidder will be returned without any interest.
However, the tender fee will not be refunded to any of the bidder. Tender
without EMD and Tender Fee will be summarily rejected.

6) The Chief Executive Officer, SERP, Hyderabad reserves the right to accept or
reject any tender in part or full with or without assigning any reasons
whatsoever.

7) Any suggestion given by any firm should not be considered and will not be
replied. In this regard no correspondence should be made.

8) The CEO SERP reserves the right to deduct any statutory deductions, TDS etc.,
from the bill of firm/company before making payment.

9) The tenderer shall be deemed to have carefully examined the terms and
conditions before tendering the work.

 10) All the firms participating in the tender must submit a list of their
owner(s)/partners etc. along with their contact telephone numbers.

11) A pre-bid meeting will be conducted on the date and time as shown in the first
page of this tender document.

II. ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

1) The Firm/Company should be registered under appropriate Act i.e. Shops &
Establishments Act or Companies Act. Copy of the registration papers shall be
provided.

2) The Firm/Company should ensure that the firm/company has not been
blacklisted by any organization/department due to any reason or any criminal
case is registered/pending against the firm. An undertaking to this effect needs
to be submitted along with the tender. Any suppression of material facts or
discrepancy in this respect will lead to disqualification of the tender/cancellation
of supply order.

3) The tendering firm shall have GST Registration Number, Permanent Account
Number (PAN). Documentary evidence for the same shall be provided. In the
absence of these documents, the tender shall be summarily rejected.

4) The firm should have an annual turnover of at least Rs.50 Lakhs (Rupees Fifty
Lakhs) per year during the last three years, in printing works. The firms must
attach supporting documents in this regard.

5) Tenders are invited from Reputed Printers those who have undertaken the
printing of Prestigious paper-back perfect bound books and posses latest
equipment for printing and allied equipments binding. The tendering firm shall
submit the machinery available with them in detail.

III. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The tendering firm shall strictly comply with the terms and conditions of the
tender. In case of violation of any of the terms, the tender shall be liable for
cancellation immediately.

2. The successful bidder will have to supply the items to this office within 7 days
from the date of issue of purchase order.

3. In case the firm fails to supply the items within specified delivery period, the
material will be procured from open market and the difference of cost, if any,
will be recovered from Security Money or from pending bills of defaulting firm.
The office may take necessary action for blacklisting such firm.

4. No advance payment will be made.

 5. The tendering firm must quote the rates inclusive of all the taxes,
transportation, handling charges, etc.

6. Bids will be finalized on the lowest rates quoted for printing of Training Module
Book, Flash Cards & Note Book as per specifications mentioned in
Annexure-I.

7) Interested bidders / vendors shall visit this office on any working day, to
inspect the specimen Training Module Book, Flash Cards, Note Book, etc (kept
available at SERP office) before submitting the bids. The visit can be made
between 11.00 a.m. and 04.00 p.m. on all working days (Monday to Friday)
from the date of issue of this notification till the last date of submission of
Tender.

8) Copy of tender document duly signed on each page by the Tenderer with seal
of the firm, in token of having understood and agreed the terms and conditions
should be attached along with the Technical Bid.

9) Incomplete or conditional Tenders will not be accepted.

10) The rates being quoted should be valid for a period of (3) month from the date
of finalization of bid.

11) All attested sealed documents should be uploaded in e-procurement website.

12) The Training Module Books, Flash Cards & Note Books should be delivered to
the DRDAs of the districts, quantity as shown in the Annexure-II. Proper
acknowledgement on delivery challan should be taken from the concerned
authority of DRDAs and the same should be submitted along with invoice for
making payment.
