0 Technical Scope

This service shall be contracted for two (2) years.

The scope of services may change depending on the following


circumstances.

 Change in the number of security guards at any location.


 Expanding services to new location.

1.1 Location
Security Guards are required at the following premises.
 North Main Gate
 Access Control
 Perimeter Fence

1.2 Duty Roaster and deliverable.

NNBP/POYRY anticipates high efficiency and effectiveness of


security service.

 Security processes followed while on duty


a. Additional monitoring/back up services
b. Standard tools of trade issued to guards such as:
radio equipment’s, batons, firearms etc.
 Evidence of multitasking
a. Part of this service includes managing the car park
and traffic, enforcing smoking restriction to smoking
zone only.
b. Assisting with emergency procedures, managing staff
access during office and non-office hours.
c. Preparations of daily reports/incident reports.

1.3 Language
Security Guards must be able to speak, read and write
English and Tagalog.

1.4 Integrity
NNBP/POYRY expects high standards of integrity from each
officers and this extends to contracted services.
a. Chewing gum, smoking or eating food while on duty.
b. Being late for duty.
c. Evidence of alcohol or drug abuse.
d. Vacating his post without proper authority
e. Tampering with NNBP/POYRY assets or property.
f. Idle talk with other security personnel, staff or
visitors.
g. Abusive/profane language.
h. Sleeping while on duty.
i. Selling or engaging in other fund raising activities
without proper authority.
j. Must obey General Orders, Code of Conduct & Ethics

1.5 Behaviors of Guards must have.


a. Addressing visitors and staff in a professional manner.
b. Demonstrating honesty at all times.
c. Consistently complying with agreed processes and
procedures.
