1 FALSE CEILING ( Gypboard)

Providing and fixing Gypsum false ceiling as per India Gypsum specification for
ceiling with drops as per drawing including of providing and fixing G.I. Frame work as
per specification of India gypsum at a distance of 2'0" c/c both ways complete with
12.5mm board (IS-2095-1982) and all necessary perimeter channels etc. No extra
payment will be made for the cutting of light points , stain glass,cove lighting etc. The
measurement will be taken in one level , rate should include the drops also, no extra
amount will be paid for the drops. The joints to be properly mended with paper tapes
and gypsum compound all complete. The rate should include the full completion of
the ceiling. At the time of handing over the site all necessary repairing work to be
considered if required. The work to be completed as per specification ,design and
approval of the Architect.No Drop or design(if any )will be considered as extra
measurement it will be considered flat ceiling.Rate is inclusive of two coats primer
and two coats of Acrylic emulsion paint. SFT

2 PARTITION
Providing and fixing in position partition with 2"x2" finished sal wood section without
saps and joints at maximum 2'-0"C/C both ways horizontally and vertically treated
with Pentapehene pale from STP as antitermite & fire retardent from Viper to be fixed
screwed to the floor and ceiling with M.S.Cleats. The frame work will be claded with
6mm thk. BWR plywood both sides and finished with 1.0mm thk. approved shade
laminate as per design with approved adhesive.3"x1/2" white beach /white ceader
skirting with natural polish to be fixed along with the entire bottom length of partition
on both sides.Extra frame work to be fixed for fixing glass. In the glazed partition
8mm thk. Etched/Frosted glass with sand blusting/granular blasting to be provided
fixed with white beach/ white ceader moulding with natural polished 37.5mmx25mm
all complete.For the door 32mm solid core flush door with necessary hold fast fixed
to the wall /partition with 1.0mm thk. laminate (approved shade).1 1/2"x1 1/2"white
beach/white ceader moulding to be provided along the periferi of the door frame.

The work to be completed as per design,specification and approval of the Architect.

Guard /Saint Gobain clear float glass with sand blasting/etching (as per design) and
finish handle(1'-0" long)of Neki/Hasseley make to be faxed on both sides & proper
locking arrangement in bottom rail to be done. The rate should include
lipping,moulding,beading & heavy duty floorspring.The work to be completed in all

4 TABLE
Providing and fixing tables made out of 19mm thk BWR block board for top,sidis and
front of approved make cladded with 1.0mm laminate as per design in all visible
areas. All the exposed edges to be covered with white beach/white ceader wooden
lippings and mouldings with natural polish. The drawers to be made out of 19mm thk
block board for the front ,sides to be made out of 12mm BWR plywood and bottom to
be made out of 6mm BWR plywood and it should play in drawer sliding channels.
The inside of the drawer and the table to be ename painted (approved colour) . A
legrest to be provided duly polished made out of 19mm thk BWR plywood. A shutter
to be made by 19mm bwr Block board cladded with 1.0mm laminate .The necessary
locks,hinges, handles to be provided in each drawers and shutters.3" x 1/2" white
beach/White ceader wooden skiritng to be provided in all visible areas duly
polished.On top of the Chief managers/Br. Manager table 10mm thk glass to be
placed duly edge polished.The table should have black powder coated ready made
key board tray and tea traywith laminate finish.The necessary wire managers to be
provided on the tables and provision for lights to be kept if required in the front of the
table.

moulding ( as per design), lipping with natural polish.The work station should have
individual pedestral unit having drawer & shutter pallah.The front of the drawer made
out of 19mm thk.BWP block board finished with 1.0mm thmk. laminate, sides 12mm
thk. BWP ply and bottom to be made out of 6mm plywood. The inside and sides of
the drawer to be enamel painted. The drawers and shutters to be provided with
necessary drawer sliding channels , handles,hinges,locks etc.A leg rest to be
provided made out of 19mm thk. BWP block board duly enamel painted. Inside of the
workstation to be enamel painted in the matching tone.Wire manager (approved

Providing and fixing top, front & sides of cash counter made out of 19mm BWR block
board as per design cladded with 1.0mm thk laminate & the edges to be finished with
necessary white beach or white ceader lippings, mouldings(as per design), etc.
Special 6" drawer to be made for the cash with dividers of 12mm BWR plywood The
front of the drawer made out of 19mm BWR block board finished with 1.0mm
laminate, sides 12mm BWR plywood and bottom to be made of 6mm BWr plywood .
The inside and sides of the drawer to be enamel painted .The drawers and shutters
to be provided with necessary drawer sliding channels,handles, hinges, locks etc. A
leg rest to be provided made out of 19mm thk BWR block board duly enamel
painted. Inside of the unit to be enamel painted in the matching tone.All visible areas

 Providing and fixing Side Unit/ Back unit made out of 19mm BWR block board for
top, sides,front and 6mm BWR ply for back finished with 1.0mm laminate in all
exposed areas . The drawers to be made out of 19mm BWR block board in the front
cladded with 1.0mm laminate. sides to be made out of 12mm plywood and bottom
made out of 6mm plywood duly enamel painted in matching tone and it should play
on drawer sliding channels . The Sliding shutters to be made out of 19mm block
board with 1.0mm laminate finished and should play on channels all four sides. The
necessary locks,hinges , handle etc to be provided . 3" x1/2" white beach/White
ceader wooden skiritng with natural polish to be provided as per matching tone all
along the visible areas . Inside of the unit to be enamel painted in matching tone . All
the exposed edeges of the boards/plywoods to be coverd with White beach/White

Providing and fixing writing ledge as per design made out 19mm block board with
necessary groove patterns ,1.0mm laminate to be cladded. 10mm thk bevelled glass
to be provided on top of the writing ledge.A divider made of 19mm thk.block board to
be provided. Whit beach/ White ceader lipping with natural polish to be used in all
exposed areas. Inside of writing ledge to be enamel painted.The work to be

Providing and fixing Planter Box made out of 19mm block board finished with 1.0mm
laminate as per design with a 3"x 1/2" White beach / White ceader wooden skirting
with natural polish. inside to be enamel painted .All exposed edges to be covered

11 STORAGE

Providing and fixing storage made out of 19mm bwp block board for top,sides&
6mm BWP ply for back finished with 1.0mm laminate . The shutters to be made out
of 19mm block board with 1.0mm laminate. The necessary locks , handles, hinges
etc to be provided . 3" x1/2" white beach/White ceader wooden skiritng to be
provided duly natural polished as per matching tone. Inside of the unit to be enamel
painted in matching tone . All the exposed edeges of the boards/plywoods to be
coverd with white beach/white ceader wooden lippings/mouldings duly natural

12 VERTICAL BLINDS

 Providing and fixing vertical blinds of 100mm thk (Mac/Annums) of approved shade
and pattern having handrail made of high strength alluminium alloyed wall thickness
of 1.2mm thk. Headrail to have 25mm decorative insert. Control unit shall be ofderlin.
The runners are also to be a derlin with antiflixtion adeshive. Spacers should be
made of stainless steel. Fabric should be polyester viscosted/polyester yarn having
protective coating with chemicals for stain resistance & soil repalancy. The rate shall
include necessary scoch gurd treatment on both sides. The overlaping should be
uniform and adequate.Necessary operative arrangements,frames to be provided.

Providing and fixing soft board /Notice board fabricated out of 12mm BWP ply
covered with 12mm soft board padding and upholsply propylene fabric @ 80/mtr.
Edges of soft board should have white beach/whiteceader moulding with natural

Note: Where pin up board is in a panelled area, the top of the pin up board should
be flushed with the panel, keeping the same level. The work should be completed as
per specification,design&approval of the Architects.
15 Lunch Counter
Providing and fixing in position Lunch counter fabricated out of 19 mm thick
BWP solid ply finished with 1.0mm thk. Laminates on top & sides.The
necessary white beach/white cedar moulding/lipping with natural polish and
necessary hardware shall be provided as per design.The work is to be
completed in all respects as per design,design and approval of the achitect. RFT

16 PAINTING

Providing and applying Acrylic emulsion/OBD paints after removing the damaged
plaster , replastering with 12mm thk cement morter after finishing with P.O.P to make
the necessary smoothness , reparing all damages . Then two coats of Primer of
approved make to be applied finished with two or more coats of acrylic emulsion

(b) TEXTURE PAINT

Providing , spraying and applying Texture pain of approved shade and colour on
walls and coloumns.The job is inclusive of scaping,leveling and preparing the
