Senior Solutions Engineer
Part of the Sales Operations Team. Serve as a liaison between the Sales and Engineering
departments to design and provide technical subject matter expertise for new and existing
business. The majority of the client activities dealt with cloud computing solution design,
implementation and architecture planning, data center co-location deployments, assessing

Exchange 2000 within and the forth-coming .NET environment and Windows 2000 Server.
- Developed and published solution blueprints (whitepapers) highlighting configuration and
performance characteristics of enterprise-level SAN environments. Microsoft cluster

- Focus on system consolidation efforts, SAN infrastructure assessments, UNIX and Windows
2000 system administration, data backup and recovery, capacity planning initiatives, and high
availability solutions (MC/ServiceGuard).
- Participate on various project teams in conjunction with customers and develop project plans
that clearly identify specific requirements and expectations. Provide customers with extensive
documentation to be used by their internal system administration and management staff
detailing the technical solution that had just been put in place.

Technology Integration Manager (Outsourcing Services Division)


As part of the DICE (Delivery Integration and Custom Engineering) team, provide technical
project management and technical recommendations to the OS platform support teams and end-
customers.
- As technical project lead, assisted with the integration of new technologies and provided
process improvement recommendations for HP’s web accessible systems.
- Unix system management and application-level support for the e-commerce and web-based
computing environments
- Provide the linkage between the technical support and manufacturing divisions for system
