In order to switch on the wireless remote control, turn the ignition key clockwise, as
shown in the above figure. Once turned, the device will send an acoustic signal for a
few seconds, while it tries to establish a communication with the receiver. After this,
the remote control will confirm the link emitting an acoustic signal along with the flash-
ing of the control green light. This light will keep flashing while the emitter is connect-
ed.
Once the connection process is finished, actuate the highlighted switch forward, in
order to switch on the remote control operation. After this, the receiver located inside
the equipment will send an acoustic signal, indicating it is ready to be operated.
The programming process of the wireless remote control consists in establishing the
ranges within which a specific proportional movement is included.
! 0
"
0
The control programming, as shown in the above image, tries to establish the location
of the points A and B, taking into account that the sensitivity to the proportional move-
ment will be determined by the distance between point A and point B.
! "
You should note that the wider is the distance between the points A and B, the wider
will be the range of the allowed movement, and therefore, a precise sensitivity will be
obtained. On the contrary, if the proximity between points A and B is minimum, the
control sensitivity will be regulated roughly.
However, the speed of movement is controlled by the location of points A and B,
regarding the negative and positive poles. Please note that if these points are close
to the negative end, the movement will tend to the minimum allowed speed. On the
contrary, if these points are next to the positive end, the movement will tend to the
maximum allowed speed.
! "
NOTE ! The recommended regulation for an optimum performance and a long life
of the equipment is locating the point A as close as possible to the negative pole, so
! the start of the movement is slow, and locating the point B next to the centre, so the
terminal speed is not too high.

The meaning of the light indicators of the wireless receiver is explained here:
NOTE ! To charge the wireless remote control battery, it is not necessary that the
! equipment is operating.
1- Enter the battery in the charger located on a wireless receiver side, inside the
electrical panel.
LOAD: 4Hrs
QUICK CHARGE: 2Hrs
The battery charge lasts approximately 8 operating hours.
3- When the battery is fully charged, the indicator light "READY" will turn on.
In case it is be necessary to tow the vehicle, you must respect the following steps to
avoid damages to the equipment and to the working personnel.
Before starting any type of task below the equipment, block the wheels as shown in
the above figure, to avoid crushing damages.
The outer negative brake is a hydraulic piston attached to the equipment shaft.
In order to unblock the brake, you must respect the following steps to avoid damaging
the components inside of the shaft and the hydraulic components of the equipment.
1- Slide below the machine body until you reach the front shaft area. There,
identify the points indicated in the following image.
Brake cylinder
Brake actuating lever
Supporting bolt
Once you find the brake levers located on the piston ends, you must enable the bolts
M8 x50 on the opposite side of the stop bolt of the brake lever.
NOTE: The distance of the brake lever stop bolt must not be manipulated in any of the
! unblocking processes.
2- Remove the brake piston anchor bolt to release the brake levers with a 8-mm
Allen key.
3- After removing the piston anchor bolt, the brake lever will be released and it
may be operated manually. After that, the lever shall be turned until being ad-
justed against the lever stop bolt, and to prevent the brake actuating lever from
returning to its previous position, the supporting bolt must be adjusted, just until
it contacts the brake lever.
Brake piston
rod end.
4- Adjust the bolt only until the brake lever is supported.
5- Go to the translation pump and with a hexagonal key n.17 turn the locknut
counterclockwise to release the system
6- After this, screw the bolt shown in the above figure until the end of its stroke
with a 5-mm Allen key.
1- Remove the brake lever supporting bolts, on the cylinder side and on the brake
piston rod side.

EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE
OPERATION MANUAL
EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE
In order to get the best equipment performance and with the lower possible cost, you
should take into account some simple tips:
Cleaning
The more clean the equipment is, the better the elements will work. They will be less
worn and the problems will be detected more easily.
Before using the equipment for the first time, we recommend to soak all the equipment
with release agent, except for the engine and tyres. This way, the concrete and cement
adherence is avoided to a large extend.
When the working day is ended, you must do the cleaning tasks:
- Machine: Once these tasks are done, you must wash the machine with the
pressure hose, insisting in the areas with the highest cement or
concrete build-up.
So that the equipment may work correctly, it is important to check periodically the ex-
isting parallelism between the wear ring and the supporting plate, because if there is
an deviation between them, the wearing of the parts won't be consistent and will occur
earlier.
On the other hand, it is also necessary to check periodically the distance between the
wearing ring and the supporting plate, since in normal operating circumstances, the
distance between these components should be kept at minimum, and in no case shall
they be tightened together. The compliance of this point will help providing a long-
est life of the concrete pump, since the excessive fretting between parts will be mini-
mized, avoiding an early wearing.
Supporting
Placa gafa plate
In case it is necessary to regulate the wear ring distance, you must respect the
following procedure:
1- Release the fixing bolt of the gooseneck pipe shaft nut, as shown in the follow-
ing image.
2- Once finished the above procedure, you must release the adjusting bolt from
the actuating boom, as shown in the following image.
3- You can now proceed to the wear ring regulation. The wear ring will get close
to the supporting plate when the grooved nut is tightened.
NOTE! Remember that the system must only be tightened until it frets, and in no
! case should the tightening prevent the free moving of the gooseneck pipe.
4- Once the regulation is finished you must install the removed bolts again in its
original position, to avoid the moving of the fixing nut.
NOTE! The wear ring seat should be replaced when it looses its
! resilience.
1- Using the equipment remote control, or if not possible, its manual controls, ac-
tivate the pumping system until you fix the actuating boom to one of its stroke
ends, as shown in the above figure.
2- When the previous procedure is finished, you must check the distance between
the cylinder fork base and the front side of its bottle, a distance that we will call
X1.
3- Once you finish the previous procedure you should activate the pumping sys-
tem to fix the actuating boom to the opposite side of its stroke.
5- When the actuating boom is in the previously defined position, the shift cylin-
der will be extended. In this condition we should measure again the distance
between the fork base and the front side of the cylinder bottle. We will call this
dimension X2.
128 +1
-1 mm.
7- When the checking in one of the cylinders is finished, you should repeat the
procedure number 1, to inspect the other cylinder.
In case the obtained dimensions are outside the recommended range, it is recom-
mended to regulate the system to improve its performance.
1- Take the actuating boom to one of its stroke end, as indicated in the concrete
pump shift system checking procedure.
Offset
Rebaje for del
para llave rodvástago
wrench
Fork locknut
Contratuerca Horquilla
3- After releasing the fork, keep the key on the locknut, in order to avoid its move-
ment, and with the second key, regulate the distance between the front face
of the bottle and the fork base, screwing or unscrewing the rod against it, as
necessary. Take into account that when you turn the rod counterclockwise, the
distance between both faces will increase. On the contrary, when you turn the
rod clockwise, the distance will decrease.
4- After regulating the distance, you should tighten again the fork locknut in order
to avoid its displacement.
5- After regulating the cylinder, you should repeat the procedure described in the
first section, to put the actuating boom in the opposite end of its stroke. This
way, you can proceed to the second cylinder regulation.
NOTE! In case the shift cylinders regulation is not performed correctly, their performance
! will be seriously affected, since they will be unable to send the hydraulic pilot signal re-
quired for the system normal operation.
