and basically a study of the organization. The project deals with what all I learned in the

customers in making their work easy. They are a successful players in the market for past 27
years serving the banking and financial sector.

In a company majorly what matters the most is performance of their employees because it is the
performance of the employees which leads to good results and goodwill of the company. But
employee would perform or would be willing to perform for the organization only when they get
good appraisal. Appraisal acts as a motivation for the employees and it is something for which an
employee works hard and Looks forward for it. My topic for the project is evaluation of
appraisal mechanism and analysis of investments. I have worked as a project intern in finance
and HR department of Nucleus software's exports. My project would be covering details about
the organization what it is all about and also would be covering my topic in detail in my project.
My project is dealing with two aspects I. E.:-

4. To tell employees about their performance in the organization and their related status in
the organization.
5. To analyze the factors those are behind the performance of the employees.
6. The employer know where and when to guide the employees.

Every system has some advantages and disadvantages so here are few points describing the
advantages and disadvantages of performance appraisal mechanism or we can say that these are
the pros and cons of performance appraisal.
