Vision
Our company intends to develop and deliver the best mobile technology available throughout the
world. We aim to be amongst the top players of the industry in Asia & Europe markets by capturing
at least 15% of the market share.

Mission
We aim to achieve a profitable growth of our company by adapting to the change in technologies and
achieving customer demand. We intend to grow profitably with superior quality products by
strengthening our research and development department and expanding our manufacturing unit in
Asia.

Current Scenario
We were able to achieve a market share of 10.94% in USA, 10.35% in Asia and 15.67% in Europe
market. We have completely explored all the Technologies with all 10 features in Tech1, Tech3 and
Tech4 with the help of our R&D Team and outsourcing some of the features. But we were not able to
achieve a profitable growth as we did in Year 1 and Year 2 when we were the market leaders because
of the need of expansion of our plants in Asia and buy new technology to achieve the desired
technological growth. There was also intense competition in our universe due to price war which led
to this unintended results in terms of profit.

In Round 5 when we introduced Tech3 we got 40.6% of Market Share but as were trying to dump the
excess inventory of Tech1 and Tech2 we again incurred a huge loss as we had no good learning experience
with Tech2 and the prices were a bit high due to the market condition. Hence, we had to reintroduce
Tech1 and Tech2 in Round 6 looking into the huge demand of Tech1 in Asian Market.

As we had Aimed a 15% market share in Asia and Europe market, at the end of 10 rounds we were
able to achieve 15.67% market share in Europe but due to price war in Asia we were able to achieve
only 10.67% of Market share.

Plant and Manufacturing Units

As planned earlier we were able to build 14 plants in USA and 8 plants in Asia.
