Neversink Farm 2012 CSA Program and Application

A bag of fresh veggies will be available to members for 18 weeks beginning June 9 and continuing to October 6.
These shares can be picked up at Neversink Farm Stand on Saturdays during Farm Stand hours. There are no
substitutions or alternative pickup days.

Price for single share is

490$ if paid by March 31, 2011
510$ if paid by May 31, 2011
530$ Thereafter
Add 140$ for Cut Flower Share (A bouquet of cut flowers will be included each week)
Add 105$ for Egg Share (A dozen eggs will be included each week)

CSA APPLICATION AGREEMENT: I would like to participate in the Neversink Farm CSA for the 2012 growing
season. I have viewed the Neversink Farm web site or brochure describing the produce Neversink Farm expects to
grow, and the expected times of harvest.
I understand;
that the weather and other factors beyond the control of Neversink Farm may result in more or less of
these crops,
that shares are limited and available on a first come, first serve basis,
that I can only pickup on the designated pickup day and time,
that shares are not transferable,
and that there are no substitutions.
