Earnest 2% in shape of call deposit of BOQ cost in favor of Dy. Manager (VEC).
Money:
Tender Cost: Rs.1000/- each (non-refundable)
Opening Date & Tender will be received at 10:30 hours and same will be opened at 11:00 hours on dated 31-07-2018.
Time:
Eligibility: i) Registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) & renewed upto June, 2019.
ii) The firm which has applied for the renewal of its Engineering License in the PEC should provide a
provisional certificate issued by the PEC testifying its eligibility that it can participate in the tendering
process.
iii) Have a relevant experience with successful completion of at least 01 work of the same type/nature within
the last 05 years in any DISCO.
iv) Registered with Chief Engineer (D&S) NTDC Lahore.
v) Registered with Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA).
vi) Registered with FBR have NTN & General Sales Tax (GST) number.
vii) Annual turn-over of the bidders firms should be 1.5 times of the contract values.
viii) Experience of same nature of the work during last 05 years with any Government department or in joint
venture with a firm who have working experience of similar nature of work in any DISCO.

Tender (Technical) IESCO Islamabad on any working day upto 27-07-2018 during office hours by eligible contractors

Terms & i) The tender documents will be issued on the presentation of written request for particular work on original
Conditions: letter pad of the firm from the owner of the firm(s) or their authorized representative(s) having valid
special power of attorney on stamp paper duly attested by the oath commissioner along-with production
of original registration certificate of Pakistan Engineering Council.
ii) Provision of experience, satisfactory performance certificate along-with copy of work order
from concerned DISCO/PD is necessary.
iii) If any fake/false information/documents submitted, the firm concerned will be liable to be blacklisted.
iv) Under PPRA rule 33(1) the procuring agency (IESCO) may reject all bid or proposals at any time prior to
the acceptance of a bid or proposal. The procuring agency (IESCO) shall upon request communicate to
any supplier or contractor who submitted a bid or proposal, the grounds for its rejection of all bids or
proposals, but is not required to justify those grounds.
v) All other terms & conditions will remain the same as mentioned in tender documents.
