Under the Rule 16 & 18 of A.P. State Subordinate Services Rules-1996, the District
Educational Officer, Anantapur is pleased to regularize the services and declaration probation
of the SG Teachers who were appointed through various DSCs i.e. 1998 (appointed in the year
2000), DSC 2000 & DSC 2001 in Anantapur District in the cadre of SG Teachers on the dates
noted against their names subject to the following conditions, as per the Annexure appended
to this proceedings.

1. Subject to verification of Antecedents.

2. Subject to review of Regularization/Probation if the Teachers went on EOL during
such period the Regularization and Probation will be extended.
3. Subject to alteration/Modification if any in the orders now issued, if any objections
raised by the Seniors in due course.
The Mandal Educational Officers concerned are requested to make necessary entries in
the Service Registers of the Teachers accordingly.

The Mandal Educational Officers are further instructed not to make entries in the
Service Register of the Teachers who went on long leave / leave on loss of pay /absconded
during apprenticeship period and report such cases if any with details to this office for taking
further action.

The Mandal Educational Officers are further instructed to display the list of Teachers on
whose be half Services are Regularized on Mandal Resource Centre Notice Board without fail.

The receipt of these proceedings should be acknowledged forthwith.
