Treatment: Treat symptomatically.

5. FIREFIGHTING MEASURES

5.1.Extinguishing media

Suitable extinguishing media: Foam, carbon dioxide, dry powder extinguishers., Use suitable means to extinguish
neighbouring fires.

Unsuitable extinguishing media: Water jet.

5.2. Special hazards arising from the substance or mixture:

Thermal decomposition giving flammable and toxic products:, Hydrogen sulphide, Nitrogen oxides, Sulphur oxides, Carbon oxides

5.3. Advice for firefighters:

Specific methods:
In case of fire nearby, remove exposed containers. Collect contaminated fire extinguishing water separately. This must not be discharged into
drains. Fire residues and contaminated fire extinguishing water must be disposed of in accordance with local regulations. Cool closed
containers exposed to fire with water spray. Ensure a system for the rapid emptying of containers.

Special protective actions for fire-fighters:

In the event of fire, wear self-contained breathing apparatus. Complete suit protecting against chemicals.

6. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES

6.1. Personal precautions, protective equipment and emergency procedures:

Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves and eye/face protection. Ensure adequate ventilation. Evacuate area of all unnecessary personnel.

6.2. Environmental precautions:

Do not release into the environment.
Local authorities should be advised if significant spillages cannot be contained.

6.3. Methods and materials for containment and cleaning up:

Methods for cleaning up:

Keep in suitable, closed containers for disposal.

Recovery:
Contain spillage, and then collect with non-combustible absorbent material, (e.g. sand, earth, diatomaceous earth, vermiculite). Sweep up to
prevent slipping hazard.

Elimination:
Dispose of in accordance with local regulations.

6.4. Reference to other sections: None.

7. HANDLING AND STORAGE

7.1. Precautions for safe handling:

Technical measures/Precautions:
Provide water supplies, ocular fountains and showers near the point of use. Provide appropriate exhaust ventilation at machinery. Provide a
catch-tank in a bunded area.

Safe handling advice:

Open drum carefully as content may be under pressure. Strictly limit the quantities of product in the work area to those which are absolutely
necessary for the work in hand. Use only with adequate ventilation/personal protection. Do not breathe vapours/dust. Do not enter confined
spaces unless adequately ventilated. Smoking, eating and drinking should be prohibited in the application area.

Hygiene measures:
See heading 4.
Wash hands after handling. Remove contaminated clothing and protective equipment before entering eating areas.

7.2. Conditions for safe storage, including any incompatibilities:

Prevent unauthorized access. Containers which are opened must be carefully resealed and kept upright to prevent leakage. Take all
necessary measures to prevent accidentalspillages of the product from entering into drains and water courses in the event of failure of
containers or transfer systems.
