1.0 PURPOSE :
1.1 Review the Libra Techcon Limited QMS at planned intervals to ensure its continuing
suitability, adequacy and effectiveness.
1.2 To assess opportunities for improvement and need for changes to QMS, Quality Policy
& objectives.
2.0 SCOPE:
This procedure is applicable to Quality Management System established by LTL.
3.0 RESPONSIBILITY:
3.1 MR - Cc-ordinate and organize the MRM at planned intervals.
3.2 President - Review the performance of QMS, as per this procedure and ISO9001:
2008. Clause no. 5.6 / Quality Policy & Objective and Stated
measurable parameters.
- CA/PA against analysis of data.
4.0 PROCEDURE:
4.1 Once in Six months Management Review Meeting organized by MR & meeting chaired
by President.
4.2 President along with MR and Head of Department review the following inputs

4.4 Review out put

President conducts the meeting with MR, Department Head and concerned in-charges as per
identified agenda and takes the decision and action related to
a) Improvement of the effectiveness QMS and it’s process.
b) Improvement of Procedure related to customer requirement.
c) Resource needed.
d) Upgrading / strengthening the practices for increasing effectiveness of the QMS.

4.5 MRM attendance and out come of Management Review Meeting is recorded by MR
