SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, GREGORIO AMPIL, Filipino, all of legal age and a resident of

Tagbilaran City, Bohol, Philippines, do hereby name, constitute and
appoint JUAN CORPUZ, Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident of
Espuelas Ext., Tagbilaran City, Bohol, Philippines, to be my true and
lawful attorney-in-fact, for me, and in my name, place and stead, to do
the following acts and deeds to wit:

To represent me before any person, court or office in all

transactions relative to the following parcel of land located at
Poblacion, Tagbilaran City, Bohol, covered by Transfer
Certificate of Title No. T-34243 containing an area of ONE
HUNDRED THIRTY ONE (131) square meters registered in the
name of Gorgonio Ampil, and said parcel of land is particularly
described as follows:

TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. T-34243

“A parcel of land (Lot 6530, before Lot No. 777-E of the Cadastral
Survey of Tagbilaran), with the improvements thereon, situated in the
Municipality of Tagbilaran, Province of Bohol. Bounded on the NE., by
Lot No. 776; and on the SW., and NW., by Lot 6527.x x x containing an
are of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY ONE (131) Square meters, more or less.”

To sell portion of the said parcel of land representing my

share and execute the appropriate deed of conveyance to a
buyer such as: Contract to Sell, or Deed of Absolute Sale, or
Extrajudicial Partition with Sale, or the like, and to receive the
consideration thereof;

To execute, sign, receive and deliver for and in my behalf

any and all documents pertaining thereto.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact

lawful powers and authority to do and perform all and every act
requisite or necessary to carry it into effect the foregoing authority, as
fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if
personally present, with full powers of substitution and revocation, and
hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact or
his/her substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue
hereof, without questioning any act whatsoever at any time.
