ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES•

• Motivating children before actual delivery of the lesson. Planning and preparing
effective lesson plans as required by the school policy.
• Teaching a full range of learning areas in French (reading, writing, speaking and
listening)• Encouraging students to develop interest in learning and speaking French by
conducting activities like role play ,pick n speak, word building and recitation to
promote overall development of a child.
• Assign reasonable home tasks and keep a record of them.
• Collaborate well in a team with colleagues to share experience and knowledge.
• Preparing relevant worksheets concerned to the prescribed curriculum, conduct monthly
tests and assess the students based on their performance.
