- include all surface, underground, and above the ground constructions and facilities.
- such as Water Supply System, Cooking gas supply system, Electric supply system, Rest
rooms for sanitation, Airports, Accommodations/hotels/Restaurants, Attractions

3. Operating Components
- mainly related to the services.
- include the work force that is instrumental in imparting excellent experience to the
tourists.
- such as Transport service, Food service, Accommodation service, Service at the places
of attraction

4. Spirit of Hospitality and Cultural Resources


- the social foundation of the destination.
- such as Language, customs, religions, work and leisure-related behaviors.
