2018-19 REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRY INTO LITCHFIELD SCHOOLS

Children entering Pre-K, Kindergarten, 2nd, 6th, 9th & 12th grades must provide necessary health documentation prior
to the first day of school on Thursday, August 16, 2018.
This documentation can be presented during school registration on Monday, August 6th for Kindergarten through
Grade 12, or on Thursday, August 2nd for Pre-Kindergarten.
Pre-Kindergarten Grade 6

Immunizations may be obtained from your health care provider or a health department.
