APE SUMMARY

No Conducted risk assessment and file security updates, advisories, alerts, proposal, etc. to

DC takes most the time on admin works i.e. DTR and billing, making of IR's since SIC's could
not not effectively make IR, Agency late to make investigation report.

still lacks females guard to ost at entrance area, needs to indrease newly hired guards to

Guards report on time, most the time lack of BTR and DOR for the month of March
