ELIGIBILITY: Artists eighteen years and older are eligible. All photos must be Name ________________________________________
original and taken on the KM Gateway Trail within the last two years. All photos
must remain for the duration of the exhibit. This is a judged exhibit. Address ______________________________________
ENTRY FEE: (non-refundable) $10 for two entries. Additional entries $5 each
SALES and PRICING: SASi and KMGT will retain 30% Commission from all City, St, Zip ____________________________________
sales. If not for sale, please list price as NFS. We encourage work to be for sale.
SPECIFICATIONS: Color or Black and White photography accepted. Photo’s must be
printed on 8” x 10” (minimum) up to or 16” x 20” (maximum) photo paper and be framed Phone (H) ________________ (C) __________________
(wired on back to hang) or mounted and matted with a border for display.
LABELING: Fill out labels provided below and put on back of work. Fill out Inventory Email ________________________________________
Card completely – Exhibit Labels will be made from the Inventory Card.
