Realizar el análisis DOFA del Proceso Software (actual), desarrollado en ingles con los
conceptos claves de cada uno de los ítems que identifican los diferentes aspectos de la
empresa, para esto puede basarse en la matriz desarrollada como uno de los ítems de la
evidencia anterior, donde presentaba las Debilidades, Oportunidades, Fortalezas y amenazas
relacionadas con el software.

OPORTUNITIES: it is the positive factor that is generated in the environment and which, once
identified, can be advanced.

WEAKNESSES: are all those elements, resources, skills and attitudes that the company
already has and that constitute barriers to achieve the good progress of the organization

STRENGTHS: Strengths are all those internal and positive elements that
they differentiate the program or project from others of the same class.

THREATS: Threats are negative situations, external to the program or project,that may attempt
against it, so that in this case, it may be
necessary to design an adequate strategy to be able to overcome them.

Computer virus attack: A computer program that is part of another and inserts

program that contains it.

Piracy: the taking and using of copyrighted or patented material without

authorization or without the legal right to do so.

Resource: somebody or something that is a source of help or information.

Back-up: to make a copy of computer data to keep in case anything goes

wrong. With the original.
