FEAR

Fear; a small word and yet it has immense consequences. Most of us is,
or have been afraid of something or someone at one point in our lives,
few however have the courage to face up to that fear, and conquer it.

To be afraid does not make a coward, to run away from that fear makes
a coward, and the slave of that fear. In the previous century and the
centuries and millennia before that, fear had a huge influence in keeping
the human beings on this planet from evolving. You might ask; really,
fear from what, or whom, and why?

Many who will read this might not agree, and will keep on running
away; this are for those who have decided to face that fear.

Religion and the “fear” of God is what has kept humans from evolving
and still is, to a lesser scale, but yes it still does! In Genesis we are told
not to become wise, we are told to just believe, and not to question God,
we were told that should we become “informed” we would die the same
day, yet very few who read Genesis chapter 2 verse 17 even realise that
if that were the case we would not be here, and their fear prevents them
from even thinking about it, because ‘hell’ is not a nice place to be.

Knowledge is stored in hundreds of thousands of public libraries,

schools, book shops etc, across this planet of ours, accessible to almost
every man woman and child who can read, or have a brother, sister,
father, mother, uncle, aunt, or cousin who can read. We have the ability
to learn, to question, to accept or to reject anything we wish to. The
internet has become the best library that have ever existed on this planet,
information is just a “click” away, and yet we still prefer to keep our
eyes and ears closed because of “fear”, fear that God will let his wrath
loose upon us should we dare to ask a simple question.

Jesus however was a totally different entity, unfortunately regarded by

many as the son of the old vengeful God. In spite of the fact that he

denied it and stated this to us, we are still afraid, and when we read his
words we ‘imagine’ that he is perhaps talking about the Devil, or some
demon, he was indeed; about the Devil we have worshipped since day
one.

This man; Jesus told us to go out and investigate “all” things, God said;
no! You will surely die the same day! Jesus said; “and hold on to that
which is good”, God said; all other teachings is from the snake, Satan,
the Devil etc. Jesus said my word will earn you a place in heaven, God
said; Faith in me will bring you riches and many descendants here on
earth! God, the Lord Almighty said, sword; kill the prophet so that the
sheep will be scattered; Jesus said, he will lead the sheep to pasture!
Jesus also pointed out in Matthew who killed the prophet, and in
Zachariah you will read that the Lord gave the order to kill the prophet.

God said; fear me! Jesus said; love the Father with your whole heart!
The Lord said; Isaiah chapter 53 verse 10 to 12, that the Messiah
(Immanuel) was his servant, a slave, should he obey the Lord! Jesus
called his disciples; mere humans, his friends, when they understood
his message. What is your gut telling you? Is it the same message, or
not?

God said; I will come back with a New Jerusalem! Jesus said; if they
say I am there or there do not go and look, I am not coming back, I will
send my angels to fetch those who take my word, “where the vultures
gather, the bodies will lie”, nothing mentioned about gold or wealth
needed, only the spirits will be gone, leaving behind food for the
vultures. Revelations say; he is coming back! Should we believe a man
called John, or Jesus? Who showed John the vision, or was it a vision,
go study the book Isaiah in the Old Testament, and then read
Revelations again!!

An Ostrich, when scared puts its head in the sand, believing if it cannot
see danger there is no danger, we laugh at this crude defence, but we
tend to do the same; when we here a rumour about something we tend to
say; “who said that, there is no proof”, and then we just ignore it, and
live on believing since we did not investigate and nobody is telling us
more it was just a rumour, we never think that the person who told us

might have decided that since we are so bull headed they were not going
to waste their time with us any longer.

This reaction is caused by fear, a fear so deep seated that we call those
who have information doomsday prophets, or nut cases, they might be,
but if we don’t investigate ourselves we might just be as “clever” as the
Ostrich. This fear we have is fear of the unknown, and we feel safe
because “God” will come and save us. You might think “bullshit”, I
don’t even “think” about it, but we do, we go to church every Sunday
and every Sunday the priest or pastor talk about the “saviour”!

Most of us have heard about hypnosis, and some of us have heard the
term; “placebo”. This word is an action taken by hypnotists to cure
people from an ailment or fear etc. While under hypnosis a person is
told to cure himself and a placebo is placed in his mind to help him or
her going into action while conscious in order to cure the ailment. Let
me explain.

You might be scared of crowds; while under hypnosis the therapist tells
you that every time you go into a crowd, you will tell yourself that “they
mean you no harm”, this phrase is your “placebo”, the therapist also tell
you that when you are awake this phrase “will go through your mind
every time you go into a crowd”. Most people who go for therapy visit
the therapist for a certain number of times, after the third or fourth time
this therapy starts to work, by virtue of repetition.

We go to church much more than three or four times, and while in

church we are mostly bored and semi asleep, others become very aware
and take what is said in church quite literally. In both cases the visitor is
highly prone to suggestions, the one because he believe and the other
because while only half awake is in a light state of trance, and very
susceptible to suggestions. What effectively happen in church or at any
religious meeting is the planting of seeds in a manner of speech, “seeds”
which eventually control a huge part of our lives, in the same manner a
“placebo” is placed in the minds of those who receive treatment at the
hands of a hypnotherapist.

Should we take the Bible or whatever religion you belong to and read
their scriptures with an open logical mind the end result in how you
interpret them will vary greatly from that which you believe while
receiving it from your preacher in church, depending on every person’s
base of knowledge?

If we should now look at Jesus again and at the word saviour attached to
his life here we might find a different perspective. From biblical records
according to the church He apparently died for our sins. Should we
however look at Him from a logical sensible angle we read what is
stated a few paragraphs back. In those paragraphs I have shown the
difference between His message and that of the Lord Almighty or God.

Jesus also stated that we have been worshipping the “Devil” since the
beginning! You will see that in Zachariah chapter 13 the Lord gave the
order to kill Zachariah, it is not stated in that chapter that he was killed
between the altar and the temple, yet Jesus stated it in Matthew chapter
23 verse 35! Jesus also stated in Matthew chapter 23 that Abel the
brother of Cain was a prophet killed by “us”, the followers of the
“Devil”. We have never given the statement in Genesis chapter 4 verse
15 (“So the Lord put a mark on Cain to warn anyone who met him not
to kill him”) a second thought!

Why haven’t we? Because of fear, because this Lord warned us not to
question his actions, if we do we will certainly burn in hell forever! A
terrible frightening thought, also an incredibly effective placebo! Now
you can ask the questions; why would the Lord save the man who killed
the prophet sent by Jesus? Why would the Lord attempt to stop his
creation from gaining knowledge or insight, why did the Lord lie about
the “tree” that gave knowledge? Why did the Lord lie about the results
from “eating” that knowledge, Adam and Eve did not die the same day
they received knowledge, they had children and were chased from
paradise! Why were they chased from paradise?

I can carry on and ask a million questions, but it is not necessary, Jesus
answered them two thousand years ago, and yes; you might say, “but
according to scripture he is linked to the Lord”, and I will answer,
“people wrote the scriptures, with orders from the leaders, like

Constantine the Great”, I will also ask; “did you for one moment
thought that the religious leaders would just relinquish their hold on the
masses, and did you for one moment thought that the political leaders
would allow the one thing which gave them power over the masses be
destroyed, why did you think they killed Jesus, he did not die for your
sins? He was killed to hide the “sins” of the forefathers! Read John
chapter 11 verse 47 to 52 again; you will find a high priest called
Caiaphas scared out of his wits, you will also find a plot being formed to
turn Jesus into a martyr in order to hide a terrible truth, you will find a
man who knew more and tried to tell this world to open their eyes and
ears in order to evolve beyond FEAR.

century it has made more headway than in millennia before.
