Madam,

Greetings!

Surallah East Elementary School always aims to provide the best it can squeezing everything
from what the government could offer. For the past five decades, the school has produced
graduates who are successful in their chosen field of endeavour.

This year is the one of the most momentous year of the school as it celebrates its 50th year of
existence. It is expected that flocks of alumni will be coming back once again to reminisce their
yesterdays, the laughers and the tears together with their batch mates.

School structures manifest how old the school is. Classrooms and walls have been devoured by
time and environmental conditions. The agony of these hapless structures were never heard by
our government or if heard perhaps support is too far to reach.

We are looking for generous hearts to alleviate the torment of these structures. As our priority we
wanted to entirely concretize the front wall of our school to make it look welcoming and enticing
to all passers-by. We wanted to rejuvenate it in order to make all stakeholders happy and to
provide teachers and pupils the vim in coming back to school.

A beautiful and safety school will always provide a haven of successful learners.

At this point we humbly knock at your heart for support to sponsor one of the spans. A span
roughly costs Five thousand pesos (₱5,000.00). As recognition your name or your company’s
name shall be engraved in one of these walls so that generations to come will always
remember your generosity.
