During this week, our focus for the lecture part of the practicum was to learn about
Feedback and reflection. I got lot information about both. I learned that Effective
feedback should be targeted, timely, candid and tangible. Furthermore, I have confused
between feedback and evaluation but this issue was fixed. I learned that Feedback aims to
provide information about a student's learning or skill to plan in future learning goals and
improve these skills and behavior. While, evaluation only is judge on knowledge or a
skill. Additionally, we have read the chapter about reflection and evaluation. As a trainee,
I used self-reflection after each lesson i did. This helped me a lot to improve my teaching
skills and be aware about weakness and strength in the teaching. In this teaching practice,
I was able to manage the time during the lesson unlike previous teaching practice. I put
this point on my mind and I tried to work on it and finally I did. In the next teaching
practice, I try to be more flexibility and focus on other areas of weakness my MST and
MCT pointed it.

This week also I joined my MST classes and it was last week of the teaching
practice 1a. Moreover, this week my MCT and MST observed me. I taught two activities
in this teaching practice.one of them with my MCT. Which was, about matching words
with its definition? Overall, the students did their task. The big challenge was when some
students continued to talk and did not respond my order to stop talking. I was first time to
taught adults and I didn't find a welcome from them. This reasons made me nervous
during lesson and I couldn't Take immediate action. Finally, i believe that nervous
damage every thing.in the next teaching practice, I will try to be calm and control my self
during lesson.
